Duties & Responsibilities:

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Litigation  Associate located in Dallas, Texas.
  • The Associate will be responsible for handling various day-to-day tasks related to law, including court appearances, motion practice, trials, and depositions.
  • This role requires strong litigation skills and the ability to provide effective and determined representation to clients in the courtroom and during negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Desire to work in a busy litigation practice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing.
  • Significant litigation and trial preparation experience is a plus!
