Job Description

Small, personal injury law firm, in downtown Dallas, is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (Spanish) with 5+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience to support 2 busy attorneys. If you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, client oriented, this position is for you! Come and work in a casual, collegial environment providing superior service to their clients.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements

  • Gather medical records
  • Communicate with clients and other attorneys
  • Schedule depositions and other case activities
  • Set up and maintain case files
  • Assist attorneys with discovery and other litigation activities
  • Prepare basic pleadings
  • E-file with the courts
  • Calculate and calendar deadlines
  • Occasional local travel in the DFW area
  • Must have Personal Injury Litigation
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish)
  • Excellent proofreading skills required
  • 40 hour work week on-site (Monday-Friday)
